Summer Discipleship

DEVELOPING YOUR PERSONAL SPIRITUAL PRACTICE – Beginning June 18th, our Wednesday evening summer series will feature an eight week exploration of an ancient Christian tradition. Richard Southworth will lead this class with the goal of leading participants into learning how to listen to God in a very practical, time-proven manner rooted in contemplative prayer. If you’re interested, please call and let the Church office know. Brochures describing the series in more detail are available in the narthex. 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. each Wednesday night.

  • Do you feel called to take time apart for personal spiritual practice? Do you find it difficult to justify incorporating it into your busy schedule? Do you wonder what you should do during that time? Are you already taking time apart, but feel the need to deepen your practice? RSVP to the church office for this powerful study.

Get Uncomfortable

The Young Adult ministry will explore questions around where is the church when it comes to social injustice. Are we all too afraid to get uncomfortable? If you’ve ever considered that your faith in Christ and your concern for the poor and suffering go hand-in-hand, then reclaim the mission and join this study!

Sunday Nights:

Breakout!

Breakout! is a small group Bible study for children! It has been successful in helping children know Christ better and grow stronger in their relationship with Him. This is very different from the Sunday School environment– this small group will discuss such topics as “purpose for my life” “prayer” and “baptism”. Discussion, participation and prayer are encouraged! Click here for more.

Monday Mornings:

Please join us every Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. for our weekly Bible study. If you have any questions, please contact Dot Ellett.
