Small Group Ministries

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." Matthew 18:20

What is the make up of a small group?
That is up to each group. Some groups may form due to a shared interest; some groups may form due to a similar phase of life (single, married, married with children, etc.) The formation of each group is very open.
Where will the small groups meet?
Small groups can meet anywhere that the group members decide is convenient. The Ideal setting for a small group would be in the home of a group member but could be held in a coffee shop, a convenient meeting hall, or the church building.
When will the small groups meet?
Any day of the week that the group chooses; every week or every two weeks, or even once a month.
What can be done within a small group?
Bible study, studies of religions, book clubs, missions, anything really. If it can be done with 5 – 12 people in a Christian community then it is acceptable for a small group.
