Men's Ministry

One of the current programs we are working on is developing a Men’s Ministry program that encourages, promotes, and speaks to men. We believe that men are spiritual and desiring to know Jesus Christ and to serve him – but we also believe that men’s approach to finding or growing their spiritual life may look different from that of women.

Our approach in helping to spiritually develop men is to:

• Develop short term commitments
• Keep the commitments service and project oriented
• Have the projects as hands on as possible
• Make the projects as intergenerational as possible
• Develop spiritual mentors to support new Christians
• Serve plenty of food!

• 1st Annual Car Show
• Handicap ramp construction
• Yard cleanup for elderly
• Essex Village Ministry
• Evening Basketball
